Downtown Heritage Home | 3-Bed with Backyard

Positive: Dit is een compleet huis in een rustige wijk op loopafstand van de stad. Erg hoog niveau van onderhoud. Zeer complete keuken en zowel wasser als droger. Negative: Alleen een wc op eerste verdieping.

Great spot to stay with 3 large bedrooms, modern appliances including washer and dryer. Great dining area and living area. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely, affordable, and charming way to experience St. John’s. Positive: Charming, spacious home in close proximity (<1km) to downtown St John’s. It’s about a 10 minute walk from downtown or a 2-minute drive. It felt like a very authentic experience. The staff were communicative and friendly. Negative: The weather was mild enough during our stay but I think in the summer it would be important to add air conditioning.

Easy access to downtown and routes to sightseeing locations Positive: Good location, clean facilities host is a great communicator well furnished home. Negative: It was all good.

Charming house in great neighbourhood. Positive: The house is charming and comfortable. The host provided tea and coffee which was appreciated. The street parking was easy, and we were within walking distance of downtown. Negative: The house was very hot when we arrived, but we were able to cool it down with the large fans provided.
