We really enjoyed our stay and Nick was very helpful and friendly. Positive: The location was fabulous and it is a very bright, comfortable house. Negative: Everything was good but an instruction manual for the TV and door lock would have been helpful.

Great location near an amazing attraction and close to downtown! Positive: Location is great proximity to Signal Hill and the downtown area. The kitchen is big and the bedrooms are a nice size. Nick (the host) had great communication. Negative: Because the house on a main road there is frequent car traffic thats very easily heard from inside the house. This surprisingly continues well past midnight. Also, there are very bright street lights that essentially keep the bedroom very bright even at night. It’s never dark despite the inside lights being off. So bring ear plugs and an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light and noise. Lastly, I wish the bed sheets smelled fresh. Perhaps it had been a while between guests and the freshly washed scent was gone but it did give me a little bit of the ick. The leather sofa in the living room could do with a cleaning too. Other than that the place was very clean!
